01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Services.

By using KTRefill, you confirm that:

• You meet the applicable age requirement.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You will use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access where we reasonably believe these requirements have not been met.

02Our Services

KTRefill provides telecommunications and digital services, including international mobile airtime top-ups, eSIMs and eSIM activation services, physical SIM cards, digital gift cards, and other telecommunications and digital products or services introduced from time to time.

Some Services are provided or fulfilled through third-party mobile network operators, carriers, payment processors, technology providers, and fulfillment partners.

Product availability, coverage, activation requirements, pricing, features, and restrictions may vary depending on the country, carrier, product, device, and provider. KTRefill does not operate the underlying mobile networks and cannot guarantee third-party network coverage, availability, speed, uptime, or performance.

03Account Registration

Certain features or purchases may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your login credentials secure, not share your account with unauthorized persons, notify us promptly if your account may be compromised, and accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account except where caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

04Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, prices, availability, specifications, images, and other information displayed on KTRefill are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change availability, or cancel an order where information was materially incorrect, including pricing, technical, or product availability errors.

Certain products may have country or regional restrictions, carrier restrictions, device compatibility requirements, activation requirements, expiration dates, usage limitations, or eligibility requirements. You are responsible for reviewing applicable product information before purchasing.

05Orders

An order submitted through KTRefill constitutes a request to purchase a product or service. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted or processed by KTRefill.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, the product is unavailable, there is a pricing or technical error, the order violates these Terms, or the transaction presents unreasonable risk. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

06Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the platform. Available currencies may include NGN, GHS, GBP, EUR, USD, and others. Currency availability may vary by location, payment method, product, and other factors.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers and may include cards, bank transfers, digital payment methods, and other methods supported by KTRefill. You authorize KTRefill and its payment providers to process the amount shown at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected method. We may refuse or cancel transactions where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

07Airtime Top-Ups

Before completing an airtime transaction, confirm the recipient phone number, country, mobile network or carrier, and product or denomination.

Once an airtime top-up has been successfully delivered, it generally cannot be reversed or recovered. KTRefill is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If a top-up fails because of a technical, carrier, or fulfillment error attributable to KTRefill or its partners, we will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

08eSIM Services

Before purchasing an eSIM, confirm that your device supports eSIM technology, is compatible and unlocked where required, meets product requirements, and that you understand the activation and validity period.

Installation and activation may depend on your device, operating system, carrier, network, location, and other technical factors. Once an eSIM has been issued, downloaded, installed, or activated, cancellation or refund may not be possible except where required by law or where the eSIM fails due to an issue attributable to KTRefill or its provider.

Deleting an eSIM, changing devices, incorrectly installing an eSIM, failing to activate it within its validity period, or using an incompatible device may result in loss of service.

09Physical SIM Cards

Physical SIM cards may be subject to availability, carrier requirements, activation restrictions, shipping limitations, and destination-specific requirements.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, courier companies, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

10Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are generally delivered electronically after successful payment and verification. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct gift card, brand, country or region, currency, denomination, and recipient information where applicable.

Gift cards may be subject to the issuing brand’s terms, geographic restrictions, expiration rules, and usage requirements. Once successfully delivered, revealed, redeemed, or activated, a gift card may not be refundable or replaceable except where required by law or where an issue resulted from KTRefill.

KTRefill is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, disclosed, or redeemed after successful delivery.

11Delivery and Fulfillment

Digital products are generally delivered electronically following successful payment and verification. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, carrier, payment provider, fulfillment provider, verification requirements, customer information, and technical issues.

Some products may require manual processing and may take longer than automated products. Displayed delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, payment providers, networks, shipping providers, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12Refunds and Cancellations

Failed Transactions

Where a transaction fails before successful fulfillment due to a technical, carrier, payment, or processing issue attributable to KTRefill or its service providers, we will investigate and may provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Successfully Fulfilled Digital Products

Because airtime, eSIMs, and digital gift cards can be delivered electronically and may become immediately usable, successfully fulfilled transactions are generally non-refundable. This includes transactions involving incorrect phone number, carrier, country, device, gift card, email address, or other required information. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Requests

Contact KTRefill as soon as possible when an issue occurs. You may be asked for the order ID, transaction details, a description of the issue, screenshots, or other supporting evidence. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible, subject to provider processing times.

13Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, contact KTRefill first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights available under applicable law.

14Prohibited Use

You may not use KTRefill to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud or unlawful transactions.
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crime.
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Abuse refund or chargeback processes.
• Circumvent security or access controls.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or introduce malicious software.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract platform data without permission.
• Reverse-engineer the Services except where expressly permitted by law.
• Resell products in violation of carrier, provider, or partner terms.
• Use the Services in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity and report suspected unlawful activity where appropriate.

15Third-Party Services

KTRefill relies on mobile network operators, carriers, payment processors, technology providers, shipping companies, and fulfillment partners. We are not responsible for third-party policies, outages, network failures, service interruptions, coverage limitations, or actions outside our reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, we will assist customers with third-party service issues.

16Intellectual Property

All KTRefill content, including our name, logos, branding, website design, text, graphics, software, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to KT Empire Ltd or the applicable rights holder and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission. Third-party carrier, network, brand, and product names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

17Service Availability and Disclaimer

The Services are provided subject to availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTRefill does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, every product will remain available, third-party networks will operate without interruption, a carrier will provide uninterrupted coverage, every device will be compatible with every eSIM or SIM, or third-party services will meet a particular standard.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

18Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTRefill and KT Empire Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Services.

This may include losses resulting from third-party network interruptions, carrier failures, payment-provider failures, incorrect information, device incompatibility, unauthorized account use, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent legally permitted, aggregate liability relating to a specific transaction will not exceed the amount paid for that transaction.

19Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KTRefill and KT Empire Ltd, including their officers, employees, contractors, and partners, from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent use, misuse of the Services, or violation of another person’s rights.

20Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, abused our Services, present a security or financial risk, or used the Services in a way that may harm KTRefill, KT Empire Ltd, partners, or customers.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination. Immediate suspension may be necessary for fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or serious violations. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

21Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, email, or other reasonable methods. Updated Terms become effective on the stated date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

22Privacy

Your use of KTRefill is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.

23Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be handled by courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents consumers from exercising mandatory rights available under the laws of their place of residence.

24General Terms

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable product-specific terms, constitute the agreement between you and KTRefill concerning your use of the Services.
